Youth Vision Society participates in a seminar entitled 'Equal opportunities for the participation of women in the private sector in Gaza Strip', which was sponsored by the United Nations for women and gender initiative in UNRWA'. This seminar done by the participation of civil society organizations, intellectual elites, and private sector institutions. The Director, Belal Al-Shaer as a representative for Youth Vision Society, spoke about the importance of increasing the women's optimal participation in development through the adoption of national strategies, including the financing strategy and the vocational and technical training strategy.
